As an entrepreneur, PK's portfolio spans many different business arenas.  Whether he is working as a real estate developer, a film producer, an investor or philanthropist, he continues a lifelong mission to pay-it-forward by creating new opportunities for those seeking to improve their situation.

He began in modest fashion, learning all aspects of the hotel industry from the ground up, making the most of a hands-on education in hospitality operation & management.  His portfolio includes multiple hotels with another currently under construction for a late 2017 ribbon cutting.

PK’s Vision is to inspire others, helping to develop out of the box thinking that will become a driving force for the next generation of entrepreneurs, for the benefit of all.  

Currently PK is on the Board of Directors of the Oakland Convention Center’s Visitor Bureau, a standing member with CREW, and the Chambers of Commerce in both Oakland and Alameda, as well as long-term member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).  In his work as an ambassador for American Asian Hotel Owner Association (AAHOA) he nurtures new opportunities and business developments, shaping the way hoteliers interact with communities around the world.  .   ​
